The “RC” flow switch is specifically crafted for use in the water line of fire-fighting extinguisher systems. our flow sensor is made of stainless steel sheet pedal for durability. installing it directly on the water line is a breeze with the included clamp. whether you have vertical or horizontal space constraints, it can be easily installed in either position.
Operation Principle
The vane-type water flow switch is ideal for mounting on water-filled pipelines within sprinkler systems. as water flows through the pipeline, it deflects a vane, which triggers the SPDT switch. this switch activates when the water flow reaches a minimum rate of 24 l.p.m., typically initiated by the activation of a single sprinkler or more.
They can be wired to close circuit and open a second circuit. When liquid flow either exceeds or drops below the adjusting flow rate.
