“RC” make balancing valve is static,variable orifice double regulating type with additional shut off function. It is suitable for use in variable and constant flow systems to manually balance the flow, the valve offers precise and accurate regulation and measurement of water flowing through an appliance or area of a building.
It is typically used for static balancing of fan coil units,air handling units,chilled ceilings and two-pipe heating systems. Installation in the return line is preferred.
The regulating device has a memory stop function which can allow the valve to be used to isolate the flow and then return the valve to the previous setting when reopening.
